CORONAVIRUS ADVICE FROM PUBLIC HEALTH ENGLAND:

IF YOU SUSPECT YOU HAVE CORONOVIRUS DO NOT COME TO THE PRACTICE - TELEPHONE 111 FOR FURTHER ADVICE

  1. all travellers who develop relevant symptoms, however mild, within 14 days of returning from an affected country, should self-isolate at home immediately and call NHS 111.
  2. all travellers from Wuhan and Hubei Province should self-isolate for 14 days, even if they do not have symptoms, due to the increased risk from that area.
  3. if you have any reason to believe you have been exposed to the coronavirus please self-isolate at home and call 111.
  4. The symptoms of coronavirus are:

    • a cough
    • a high temperature
    • shortness of breath

From Monday 15th July 2019 we are introducing a new system for contacting the practice officially launching our on line consultation system eConsult. Please see below.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Registered patients of Lambeth Walk Group Practice can access extended opening times at four specially selected GP Access Hubs in the borough.

Our GP Access Hubs offer appointments seven days a week at the following times:   12pm–8pm Monday to Friday   8am-8pm Weekends and bank holidays   To book an appointment, simply call us as usual. If you are unable to attend an appointment during our usual opening times, if you wish you can be referred to a GP Hub.   For further information you can visit www.lambethgpaccesshubs.co.uk

Lambeth Walk Group Practice opening hours are 8am to 6.30pm MONDAY to FRIDAY

A daily morning WALK–IN service is available for all our registered patients. Please arrive at the Practice Between 8am and 10.30am to book a timed slot. Very occasionally we become overbooked in which case we will organise a call back for you and arrange for you to be seen later in the day if necessary or you may be asked to come back the following day for WALK-IN.

Dear Patients,

Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic we request that if you have any symptoms of a virus; cough, cold, sore throat, earache, temperature or any other viral type symptoms.

You must return home to self-isolate for 7 days

 Please use the NHS 111 website for advice. If you cannot manage your symptoms at home and are unwell, please call NHS 111.

Please DO NOT enter the practice and DO NOT attend A&E​

For any all other medical condition you will need to submit an online consultation by e-consult  on our website and we will get back you as soon as we can, for patients under 18 years old and patients who can't access to the internet please call the surgery.
