Welcome and Introduction

RM opened the meeting at 7:00 PM, introduced the practice team, and explained that the purpose of the session was to update patients on the relocation to new permanent premises. He acknowledged the challenges patients have faced during the relocation period and thanked them for their patience and ongoing feedback, including participation in the Friends and Family Test.

RM noted that the practice remains in the top 10% nationally for same-day call-backs and continues to offer multiple access routes, including online, telephone, and face-to-face appointments.

New Premises Update

MB confirmed that, following an extensive site search, the practice will relocate to Graphite Square, co-locating with Gray’s Inn Medical Group. A map was presented to show the relationship between the old Lambeth Walk site, Akerman Health Centre, and the new premises. Directions were clarified using local landmarks to help patients visualise the location.
