The Practice Manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of our Practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide high quality patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The Practice Manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Our Reception and Administrative team supports the Practice Manager, GPs and other medical professionals in delivering the best patient services. They are an important link between all and provide high quality reassuring help when dealing with patients and their families. They can also direct you to the right person or deal with any query when you have been referred by your GP to specialist consultant at the Hospital.
